Pineapple Kielbasa
Ingredients
2 pounds kielbasa
12 ounces chili sauce
20 ounces pineapple chunks in juice
Directions
Cut kielbasa into 1/2 inch slices. In a large saute pan, over medium high heat, cook kielbasa for 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
Reduce heat to medium. Add chili sauce and pineapple with juice to pan. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
Reduce heat to medium low. Mix well. Cook for 1 hour.
