Pastry Wrapped Asparagus
The first time I made this was while we were in Florida. We were planning an appetizer day while we binge watched movies. While I was in the market by my ingredients for the day, there was a beautiful bunch of asparagus. I thought about what appetizer I could make from it, and this recipe is the result.
Ingredients
12 asparagus spears1 sheet puff pastrygrated parmesan cheese
Directions
Break ends off asparagus spears.
Cut puff pastry into 12 strips.
Wrap each strip of puff pastry around each asparagus spear. Cut off any remaining puff pastry. Place on baking sheet. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Bake at 400 for 20 minutes.
