Ham Deviled Eggs
I was making deviled eggs for a party and wanted to change it up a little. There was some hame in the fridge, so since ham and eggs is a classic combination I thought it would make a great ingredient to add to my eggs.
Ingredients
12 large eggs
4 ounces ham, minced
3 tablespoons mayonaisse
1 tablespoon relish1 tablespoon spicy mustard1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/3 teaspoon granulated garlicsweet paprika
Directions
Place eggs in a large sauce pan, cover with water and bring to a boil. Wne the eggs start to boil, remove from heat and let stand, covered, for 15 minutes. After the 15 minutes, place eggs in an ice bath.
Peel eggs and cut in half. Place yolks in a bowl.
Mash yolks with a fork. Add ham, mayonaisse, relish, mustard, salt, pepper, and garlic to yolks. Mix until egg mixture is smooth.
Fill egg halves with yolk mixture.
Sprinkle eggs with paprika.
