Garlic Shrimp Cocktail
If you love shrip cocktail and you want shrimp cocktail with added layers of flavor, this is the recipe for you. The olive oil and garlic lightly coat the shrimp and while they are cooking, the shrimp hold on to the seaoning. I usually serve this cold but it can also be served warm.
Ingredients
1 pound 16 - 20 shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons granulated garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Directions
In a large saute pan, heat oil over medium heat. Add shrimp. Sprinkle garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Cook shrimp for 5 - 6 minutes, or until pink. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Serve chilled with cocktail sauce.
