Biscuit Pizzas
These little pizzas are so easy to make, and they are a favorite for the grandkids. I will make some with just cheese for those who don't want the pepperoni. You could also top them with your favorite pizza topping such as mushrooms, olives, or peppers.
Ingredients
2 packages canned buttermilk biscuits14 ounces pizza sauce8 ounces shredded mozzarella20 slices pepperoni
Directions
Roll each biscuit until it is about 2 1/2 inches wide.
Top each biscuit with a tablespoon of pizza sauce. Sprinkle cheese on top of sauce. Place a pepperoni slice on top of each biscuit.
Place biscuits on a baking sheet. Bake at 400 for 10 minutes.
