Asian Sticky Wings
These wings are so gooey and flavorful. They are a little lower in calories because they are baked, but they are still not the healthiest appetizer. Sticky Wings are a treat especially when I serve them with fried rice and egg rolls.
Ingredients
2 1/2 pounds chicken wingettessalt1 tablespoon minced garlic6 ounces oyster sauce
Directions
Place wings on a baking sheet. Sprinkle salt on wings. Bake at 375 for 40 minutes.
In a large sauté pan, over medium high heat, add wings and garlic. Cook for 1 minute, stirring frequently. Add oyster sauce to wings. Stir until wings are coated with oyster sauce. Reduce heat to medium and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
